I am a Women's Embodiment Practitioner and Sensuality Coach with the vision of bringing women back home to their bodies in a genuine way.
Living in a patriarchal culture, we have been given a blueprint of our sexuality, our sensuality, our bodies and our unique flavor of beauty, that more often than not doesn't fit our most authentic expression.

This is where I come in...

My main goal as your coach is to help bring you back home to your body and eros outside of these confines. This work, to me, is a wonderful antidote to this harmful system.
I am in the business of bringing as many women as humanly possible back home to their bodies, their eros, and their inner authorities so that they can unequivocally feel radiant and damn good in their own skin, for themselves, first and foremost.
And if working 1:1 isn't in the cards, then the mission is at least to be a reminder and an embodiment of that very real possibility! A world where women reclaim their pleasure and bodies outside of solely the male gaze, and instead create this radical intimacy with themselves in a way they never have before.
Throughout my own experience of internal liberation, I have nothing but sheer reverence for the many teachers, healers, and therapists that have been side by side with me when I was unable to tap into my own light. I see myself not as a coach, but a loving guide, and am deeply grateful to be a facilitator and reminder of your innate healing intelligence and heart wisdom.
The medicine I share is not solely from one tradition but is instead a blend of Buddhist principles, Tantra, neuroscience, Polyvagal-Informed healing, and lived experience (more on that in my continued bio).
I also want to take a moment to honor the beautiful traditions that are not from my European lineage, but have quite literally saved my life. I am grateful both Buddhism and Tantra showed up in my life in the most crucial moments, and I have nothing but utter respect for both. My hope is that I am able to transmit the wisdom that helped me so profoundly on my path, while deeply respecting the roots of both of these lineages.

It's important to me that I'm the right fit for you and vice versa. Before booking a call with me, please read my disclaimers and values to make sure we are in full integrity with each other before beginning.
Thank you for being here with me!
